What exactly do I get when I buy a package?
You receive a set of structured HTML documents containing ready-to-use prompts, step-by-step instructions, and explanations. Each prompt is designed to be copied into Claude Code and adapted with your own details. Everything is delivered as a downloadable file via email after purchase.
Do I need coding experience?
No. The entire point of these packages is that Claude Code writes the code for you. You describe what you want in plain language, and the prompts guide you through how to do that effectively. If you can type and copy-paste, you have the skills required.
Will this make me a profitable trader?
No, and we do not claim that it will. These packages are technical tools for building and testing trading systems. Whether a strategy is profitable depends on the idea, the market, your execution, and many other factors entirely outside our control. See the Disclaimer for the full picture.
What is the difference between the packages?
Package 01 (Setup) covers installation and your first Pine Script indicators. Package 02 (Strategy) builds a complete backtestable strategy with alerts. Package 03 (System) adds a Python data pipeline, deeper backtesting, risk management rules, and a documentation system. Each package builds on the previous one.
Which package should I start with?
If you have never used Claude Code before, start with Package 01 or the Setup + Strategy bundle. If you already have Claude Code running and have built indicators before, Package 02 is your starting point. Package 03 is for traders who have completed Package 02 and want to go further.

What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is a command-line tool made by Anthropic that lets you interact with Claude AI directly from your terminal. Unlike the Claude.ai chat interface, Claude Code can write files, run code, and work within your local development environment. It is what makes building Pine Script strategies and Python backtests via prompts possible.
Do I need a paid Claude subscription?
Yes. Claude Code requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise subscription. The free Claude.ai plan does not include access to Claude Code. Claude Pro starts at $20 per month. This is a separate cost from the Verkerk Trading packages.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Package 01 includes a full installation guide for both Mac (Terminal) and Windows (PowerShell). The prompts in all packages work identically on both platforms.

How do I receive my files after purchase?
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. This typically arrives within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact ian.verkerk@ziggo.nl.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product files. Once downloaded, the right of withdrawal is waived under EU digital content rules. If the product was not delivered correctly or was materially different from its description, contact us and we will issue a full refund. See the Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Do I get updates?
Yes. All packages include free updates for twelve months from the date of purchase. When an update is released, you will receive a new download link by email.
Can I share the files with others?
No. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the content is prohibited under the Terms & Conditions.
