Terms & Conditions

// 01 — COMPANY DETAILS

These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Verkerk Trading, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

// 02 — PRODUCTS

Verkerk Trading sells digital products — specifically, structured collections of prompts and instructional documents for use with AI tools such as Claude Code. All products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase.

The products are tools for personal use. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations of any kind. See the Disclaimer for further detail.

// 03 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Verkerk Trading does not store payment information.

// 04 — DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery occurs automatically after payment confirmation, typically within minutes. If you do not receive your download link within one hour, contact ian.verkerk@ziggo.nl.

// 05 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content that has been made available for download, the right of withdrawal is waived once you have accessed or downloaded the content.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting ian.verkerk@ziggo.nl with your order number.

// 06 — REFUNDS

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the product was not delivered correctly or was materially different from its description, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 14 days of an approved request.

Refunds are not issued on the basis of trading results or outcomes. The products are tools — their use and application remain entirely the buyer's responsibility.

// 07 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within Verkerk Trading products — including prompts, documents, and instructional text — is the intellectual property of Verkerk Trading. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own trading research and development. Resale, redistribution, or publication of the content in any form is prohibited.

// 08 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Verkerk Trading is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or technical failures. All trading activity based on insights from these products is undertaken at the buyer's own risk.

// 09 — APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

// 10 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Verkerk Trading reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at verkerktrading.com/terms. Continued use of the products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
