// 01 — WHO WE ARE

Verkerk Trading is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42074290). This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit verkerktrading.com or purchase our products.

// 02 — WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the data necessary to process your order and deliver your product:

• Email address — to deliver your download link and send order confirmation
• Name — as provided at checkout, for invoice purposes
• Country — to determine applicable VAT
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details

We do not collect browsing data, install tracking cookies, or use analytics tools on this website.

// 03 — HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Send your download link and order confirmation
• Issue invoices and comply with Dutch tax obligations
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to process your payment (our payment provider) and deliver your product.

// 04 — LEGAL BASIS (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Contract performance — processing your order and delivering the product
• Legal obligation — retaining financial records as required by Dutch tax law

// 05 — DATA RETENTION

Order and invoice data is retained for seven years as required by Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst). Email addresses used for order delivery are retained for the duration of your product license. You may request deletion of your email address after confirming your download has been completed.

// 06 — YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required. The website may use functional cookies set by the payment provider during checkout — these are strictly necessary for the transaction to function.

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment and delivery provider. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com. We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security. Their privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com.
